Where will you be in 2 weeks?

Hey Reader

I find it super motivating to ask myself "where could I be..." questions.

This has helped me overcome my doubts and fears.

When I was figuring out (for the last time) how to drink less, it didn't take me long to realise that thinking:

"What if I don't succeed...?"

... always ended in my finding 1000's of reasons why I wasn't going to succeed.

It dawned on me I needed to ask better questions if I wanted any hope of finding better answers.

So, I replaced "what if I don't succeed" with...

⇒ If I try a new way to approach drinking less, where could I be in a month?
⇒ If I commit to really sitting with the urges, where could I be in 2 weeks?

Better questions led to better answers which led to better actions.

And action TODAY not 'one day' (as in swapping "one day I'll learn how to say no when my sister presses wine on me" for "how can I learn how to do that now?")

So ask yourself this...

Where could you be in just 14 days after working with me?

📋 Know a simple, uncomplicated method for handling urges.

🧙Have a bulletproof plan for responding to your excuses when they come swooping in like the flying monkeys in the Wizard of Oz.

💪 Know exactly what to do when motivation starts to fade.

And where you won't be:

😫 Still Googling "am I an alcoholic?" hoping for some magic bullet you've never heard of.

🛌 Waking up each day hoping to "be good" and going to bed thinking, "I'll do better tomorrow."

🤷‍♀️Wondering why you do so well all week only to lose motivation and drink your head off every weekend.

So where could you be in 2 weeks?

What would be possible if you just decided to go for it and work with me?

(Hint: it involves backing yourself and taking some risks but the reward on the other side is so delicious.)

Her friends expect it, and, truth be told, she’s always been the one leading the charge—being the life of the party, the loud one, the person everyone counts on to get the fun going. But this time, as we were talking, something...
